N5110 v05.24 -> v05.30?

Is it possible to upgrade firmware of 5110 with V05.24 (03-09-99 NSE-1) to V05.30 (28-09-00 NSE-1NX)? Or is there any higher version?

I don't see why not!? I have a few 5110's 3 are 5110i's but they are NSE-1NY The 5110's are all NSE-1NX, so yeah... knock yourself out! Make a back-up though just in case!

V05.30 (28-09-00 NSE-1 and NSE-1NX) is already the latest unmodified firmware version of the 5110 series. So why not upgrade?

Only one what U need to know is which Rom is inside 3 or 4 and use correct one
