BF4 asking ENTER PRODUCT CODE ???

Hello everyone , i have a BF4 always asking ENTER PRODUCT CODE....i think this is not a simlock, maybe a User Security Code ?? How can i reset or read this code?? I have tried many unlocker software with no success, they always said Unlock Complete, the last i tested was BF3/4 Tool by Henrich 1.8 and done everything OK, i have even read the full Flash and patched it with a Repair Flash and write it back...Startup Logo changed to Alcatel original...but the PRODUCT CODE keeps there...please help me !!

u can enter menu and disable product code from there
