difference between T190 and T191 ???

Can please someone explain the difference between the T190 and T191. As proofen in a previous post the T191 exists also as a 1900 Mhz version. I had both in my hands the 190 from the US and the 191 from the UK, both look the same, but different firmware.

T191 Southamerican Version 1900 MHZ software: 9.xx
unlocksolution: t19x.zip
T191 EURO version 1800 MHZ software: 1.xx
unlocksolution: kima software
