I need the 8210 flash file version 5.29 PPM pack D!
Or any flash able to read cyrillic in phonebook.

Of course,
you have to download flash file from gangheraenga.net, go on MCU+PPM section, PPM for Bulgarian is D, use rollis flasher, update FAID and IMEI, and that's it!
P.S. Before all, make full backup of your phone !
