    hey ! i have a nokia 3210 v 5.01
    can i this update to a higher software-version without change the eeprom ?
    give it a version that is for the eeprom compatible to v5.01 ?

    yes it's possible you have to go to a nokia center and the upgrade the phone to v6.00

    why i cant do self ? i have a flasher-cable , but i have not a cable to change the eeprom.....

    Neither you have the calculations needed to change the checksums in the eeprom.
