Sagem Service v2.5 can't connect with phone :-((

Hi!
On my PC Sagem Service v2.5 can't connect with phone, while SagemDoctor, SagemWorkshop v1.35 and ALL other programs works fine. I'm using COM2 port (COM1 crashed):

Open communication with phone...
Please wait... reading info in progress...
Reading FIRMWARE INFO ... ERROR!!!
Communication error... try to change speed..
Ready..."
Or:

" Ready...
Testing 4800 speed...
Testing 19200 speed...
Testing 2400 speed...
Testing 9600 speed...
Testing 38400 speed...
Communication speed problems...
Ready..."

Any ideas???
