Flasher cable + software!

i can't seem to get this flasher cable working!ive got the software up and running and it works up to the point where the dejan software checks for the loader or phone and i get this message, "phone not respond Tx=1 error".
what does this mean?do i need to use another computer?
someone plz help me!!

Did u manage to solve it? I have exactly the same problem. I've read it may have to do with the LPT port mode (using EPP or ECP). However, I've tried EPP, ECP and normal modes in two different computers, with two different phones (8210 and 6210) with no success. Please give me a hand if you solved it.
