After updating 8850 v5.29 with other PPM version I have now no signal I have used Rolis 5.14 to write PPM v.(H) EEPROM TOOLS 3.0 to update FAID what shulde I do

Try again with noktool by rolis! If you flashed the phone properly, it should work.

Did you full flashed the phone (MCU+PPM)? Or just PPM?

I just PPM and still no signal, try full flash.

If you have been editing the PPM, perhaps the PPM CRCs are wrong? You can correct this with PPM Manager, you can download it from many sites, it will be on my downloads page soon.

If this fails, try a full MCU+PPM flash file and correct the FAID with EEPROM Tools or Knok build 22.

I didn't edit the PPM and I have flashed it with full MCU+PPM v5.29 and I have used EEPROM TOOL 3.1, KNOK 22, NK_CALC to repair FAID but NO SIGNAL yet! any idea?

Try a full backup of someone elses WORKING 8850 so it contains their EEPROM and change the IMEI after flashing.

I have some 8210 which after upgrade and unlocking, the PCN1800 networks dont keep a signal and then it comes back and then goes again, but the GSM900 networks keep a signal forever.

restoring with a locked working 8210 flash fixes this, but as soon as you unlock it again it loses signal
