3330 no signal, phone turns off and on

Right, heres the problem,
Used NFader to Kill CS/FAID and then flashed the phone, set FAID with NOK...got a signal HURRAY !!
However....the signal drops and the phone turns of BOOOOO !!
i try to Set Faid but phone keeps turning off and on again so does the signal, did the Factory re-set too.
Enabled Net Monitor and in menu 1 it looks as if it's searching for a signal, numbers and X's are changing all the time...still no signal

Any idea's??

try a diffrent flashfile

Yep, Flash is stuffed! Read a working flash from a working phone to be safe, but most of the flashes available on the the net are reliable!!! Also try a virgin eeprom!
