Cheap Flasher software

I have cheap flasher cables with dongle version v1.01 (build 132) and was wondering what is the best software for it? And also what verions can it unlock/flash

I have Dct-4 v2.0(Xp mobile and gsmtweaking they are the same) and the ed2k v3.0 but when i flash with them they bring up an erroe saying "Access violation at address........) i am using winxp but have userport installed and can unlock then phone.
I got new fia files but b4 i done that it said "invalid moduler descriptor recived" im using a PIII laptop could it be the parallel port is weak(i have the usb lead in)??

Win DCT4 does'nt support Win XP & 2000....

Use desktops for flashing.
always best results.

I use a intel celeron 1ghz laptop for all DCT3/4 flashing, but the only time i had problems was when useing Xp/2000/98, so i creataed a dual boot with a 2gb partition and run Windows 95 on it, never had a problem since.
