Nokia 8210 CONTACT SERVICE

Please help me
I turned on my phone last week and it says CONTACT SERVICE.
Could anybody help me by providing hints on how to fix my phone. After browsing through the forums i noticed that it may be possible to fix this by updating the eeprom, is this true? If so could somebody guide me through the software required to do this?
Any help would be much appreciated

you can use any one ....eeprom tool 3.1 by b-phreak or NK Calc by dejan..and Mbus cable is necessary for both ..
