Automatic random selection of Wallpaper & Ring?

Is there any way to automatically select a wallpaper and ringtone after a specified amount of time like for eg. an hour or a day? I don't think it is possible to do so with the firmware, but can any Java application make this possible?

it sounds great, but i dont think java apps can mess with the phone settings in series 40. or else there would be lots of apps that can do all these stuff.

O.k., then is there any java application which can show the wallpapers in the gallery as a slideshow to give a effect of a screen saver? That can be possible, isn't it?

by looking at the applications available for the series 40 platform now, i believe that the applications are not allowed to access things like the gallery, phone settings, messages, etc.. well thats what i think.. someone correct me if im wrong.
