Some so call new ic are faulty,Get the original.
I had this problem before ...
most of the new chinees bga ic are faulty and made from old PCB ....,
Where do u get good ICs from? Have faced prob of spurious spares too.
Thanks,
Trion
Collect some spoiled phones, make full use of them, another way to Recycle.BGA ic are very sensitive to heat,so you have to heat it up & reheat again to the repair phones.Heat only the surrounding of BGA ic in circle motion.Good luck

Hi Markchee,
Thanks for the advice! Already doin it. Was hopin to find a good source for new parts when salvaged ones run out.
Original parts come expensive,if you have many phones to repair then get it,if not recycle the spoiled.
