You have to type them in this format: *pw+restriction code+number#

meaning that the first number will be *pw+008203221604401+1#

the 5th will be *pw+906452125456751+5# and so on.

make sure you punch in the p's, the w's and the + sighns as well. p is by pressing 3 times on the * key. w will be 4 times and so on.

follow these steps:
1. take sim out.
2. turn phone on.
3. punch in code (including all signs and numbers). start from codes 1 and 7.
