6610 flash problem

i have a problem flashing my 6610 v4.74
i am useing windct4 and i am Trying to change the language
but i am geting an error message
"invalid flash descriptor received"
how can i fix this problem ????

well i have phoenix 4.47
but now i have adifrent error message
"Access violation at address ........"
is it possible to flash this model with windct4???
and if can is there any fia pack thet fit for this model?
or maby i am doing it wrong
