8210 to 8250 contct service

flashed 8210 to 8250j5.04 now i get contact service
tried eeprom/knok/jordik etc but still contact service
all locks closed wen i read phone info on noktool

Flash first mcu+ppm
then flash a 8250 virgin eeprom and set new imei with Eeprom tols..then reset sp locks and calculate faid..
Full workinh phone !

but got another problem even before i upgraded the phone it could not get a signal/network===== the phone is my freinds ==and i think that she was on a contract and did not pay the bill and left the sim in== is there any way that the network could have blocked the phone so that she could not get a signal on any of the networks and is there a way to repair this problem ====i thought that upgrading the phone would have solved this

i ve got same prob as 8210 the phone works on all 4 networks as 8250 does not work on 121
