6210 vibrator stopped working..

i was changing the faceplate on my 6210, and when i put it back together I noticed the vibrator had stopped working!
I've heard its quite common, as the vibrate motor is connected to the faceplate or something... anyway.. anyone know how to fix it? im thinking it should be pretty easy..
