about prepay sims and cloning...

when you top up a prepay sim , lets say there's 50 € / £ / $ on it, and you clone that sim,
will there be the same amount on it? and if so, if you make a call with one sim, there's obviously gonna be some money off,
Will this affect the other sim too? or will there still be the same amount of money on?
=> So basically you'll have 100 € / £ / $ ???

The amount of $ is not stored on the SIM, but in a database on your GSM provider's network. So that won't work.
