help with vb

hi i am very new to vb and was wondering if anyone could give me some help with this dct4 calc i am making

i may as well start at the begging
i have the frame of what i want the software to look like with the button everywhere i want them etc
i just now have to make the actual program work lol

stage 1 i need help with
how do i get my program's drop down menus for country and network to read from the providers.txt list in the software?
how do i then when country and network is selected make the mcc-mnc be placed in the mcc-mnc box?

any help with this first stage for me would be great

is it combo box's i just can't them to work

if anyone could jump on board my little project with me they would be welcome as i am well and trully stuck now as i have never ever programmed before

its not a working calc yet obviously thats were i need someone with a little more knowlegde to come in on the project

it is now a working calc though it still has a few bugs

btw this is my first ever program and it took me just over 24hrs to do so dont be too harsh
