7250 prob w/pc suite

can someone please help, i downloaded pcsuite and games installer but neither of them are recognizing my 7250. i am using infrared and my computer does connect but the pc suite ses no target or no phone.......what am i doing wrong?? thanks!!

Make sure that you can see the 7250 phone in the Connection Manager, if u can't try & click the infra red button, ( you may have to tell the phone to use Irda setting from the Connectivity menu on the phone) then use the Application Installer instead, as I'd never managed to get the game Installer to work myself.
