    Question 8210 inbox bug?

Hi, I have an 8210 that hangs-up whenever I try to open the inbox or outbox. The screen goes blank and the only way to get the phone working again is to remove the battery, all the other functions work fine. I have been told that it is a screen problem but this does not seem logical to me as it happens only when trying to open the in/out box, nothing random about it.

    any help would be appreciated......Bob

Yes have been told the right info had a few of these come in at first I thought it was a S/W fault and updated it but the problem still was there. One screen change later it was working fine

this problem has something to do with the motion graphics, at the shop where I work we replace screens with ones from retuned phones, some of these screens happen to have the same fault.
one fine day in the middle of the night, two dead men got up to fight, back to back the faced oneandother drew thier swords and shot each other.
