c100 cannot cust reset

I have a c100 cannot run cust reset *2767*2878#. when i key in that command the display only blink round 500ms the display insert sim again
it would'nt restart it self and reset, although I wait for half and hour it also showing insert sim and did'nt reset, the set is working only the sim cannot be read and sms show "system initialise". any pro can help me on this and with what software? it really make me sick !

use c100 winimei .try rest locks and rest wep and change imei also.

not sure about why ur phone not custem rest .

where to download c100 winimei ? the winimei u mention is it same with the one i use? SGH C100 IMEI writing PGM Ver1.11_0616 SVC is it? I did try this one but did'nt work even i mod the hex to 90908B4DF08379640090E9EA000000, bad. anyway if the software i use is not the same with yours pls drive me where to download or may b you can upload to here. TQ !
