I dont know if the mobile has simlock, as it also accepts other sim cards, like those from t-mobile!
but i bought it with a prepaid pack! and in the contracts and stuff that came with it there was something like 2 years of lock! and with other vodafone mobiles it also is like that (like my 5110 which even had lock 4!)
maybe iŽll try this checking sw for mbus cable...
