Check you detail to see if they are correct
Imei number
Network
if correct check and see if not unlocked already
try an other sim card

the imei number is correct
when i take out my sim card.. and turn the phone on.. it says 'insert sim card'. then i enter the code... but then it says that "cannot undo restriction".
dont know whts wrong

that meens that you have used up the 5trys
you had to unlock by code
now you can only unlock by cale and software

JIC dct4 unlocker or
dct4unlocker-kham
they are great bits of software
