Angry nokia 3650 from tmobile

I have earlier posted that i have entered the code more than 5 times, so my nokia 3650 from tmobile is locked. someone at this forum suggested to get serial cable and bwinlock software. i did get the cable and software, but i get the answer that "unable to calculate. Need help please.
imei number is 351102501336068, carrier is t-mobile, in houston, texas, usa.

thanks for the help

You must use the cable and the softwear to direct unlock
your fone and not to calculate
and check if cable conected in order

thanks for your help, but do need little more explanation. what i do is connect the cable to the phone and the computer. activate the bwinlock software. the software reads the imei and other relevant onfo of the phone. it does read the info correct, and then i click on the software to unlock it and i get the message saying, "unable to calculate"
obviously i am doing something wrong. could u please help me on how to proceed further.

thanks

How to use it:

- Magnif. glass button will read phone info
- Padlock button is to Unlock/Lock. To lock you need to
select a Network from the list or manually enter the MCC+MNC
in the box. ( This function will work only with the security
dongle).
- For Symbian phones ( 7650 & 3650) you have to check the
Symbian box. *
- RTS and DTR will control Dual M/Fbus cables. Please note
bWinLock works only via Fbus connected to your COM port.

Supported phones:

- all current DCT4 phones - Type 2 and Type 5

* Warning ! - Never press any of the buttons while Symbian phone
is booting the OS, this can damage the phone.

any luck?

Any luck with this so far?

Just curious since I also have a new T-Mobile 3650 here in Houston. I've got 4 codes entered that have not been accepted so I'm very hesitant to try another without some firm information. Good luck, BTW, if you're not yet unlocked.

12. #12
the problem is that i have tried codes for my nokia 3650 which people have given me, but they have not worked, and now it's locked out. i have tried unlocking it through data cable using programs such as bwinlock and others found on www.gsm-technology..., they are able to read the phone but when it comes to unlocking, they all just say something about "unable to access test mode" of something about dongle. someone metioned having to unlock phone through direct unlock, do you know anything which can help me.
i meant it says sp set, but sim is still rejected
please note that "sim card rejected" message, and "phone restricted" message are NOT the same.

"sim card rejected" means the sim is damaged, too old, or has been blocked (because of entering too many wrong PUK codes).

"phone restricted" means that the phone is locked to a specific operator. after this message you will be asked to enter a restrcition code. (or "restriction password").
