Problem with default ring folder!!? is there is a way to format memory ?

hi every one ,
i use oxygen 2.1.5 with IR to connect my phone & i upload lot,s of rings & games untell i reach the 0 free memory .

one time i removed all rings & games & fill the phone with lot,s of ring untell the whole memory was full .
then i noticed after remove this ring tones that the original rings in the phone ( the unremovable rings ) have 3 new rings added & i can,t remove them & only one of the three tones can be played & when i try to play the other 2 the phone restarts ??

i tried every thing to remove this tone ( factory setup , & remove every thing from memory & remove battry & so on ,,, but i couldn,t remove them tell now ?
any one can help how to reformat the memory of this phone ??
