I tried both the codes but phone didn't unlocked. I tried the cingular sim to check if its allready unlocked. But it is locked.

The IMEI is correct. I got it by entering *#06# in my cell phone.
Service provider is AT&T Wireless, USA. Phone model is Nokia 3650.

and be sure that the network to witch the phone is locked to
is AT&T, U.S.A

The IMEI is correct. I cross checked it with the IMEI at bottom of the box, in which I received my phone from AT&T wireless. And service is ofcourse AT&T wireless, USA as I am paying them for service from last 2 months.

use bwinlock and read out configuration key with serial (no usb) datacable

post this configuration key

then

save you data from phone, then format user area, remove simcard.

after that enter given code.
