How To Extract *.sis - Filez

Anybody knowz how to extract .sis filez?!
For example if ya got a theme packed in a .sis ... how to get the filez out of the pack? Any progz known for that kind of stuff?!

You can extract SIS files with Windows Commander and a SIS plugin.... were to find them dunno.... have to search try google.com

heard there iz something out like mbm whizard. Can't find it anywhere...
