(-) symbol please help

OK, I've tried the codes given by the generator, but they don't seem to work. I think the problem is that I don't know how to enter the (-) symbol in the code. Ex: #pw+72500056560414-1+1#

I can enter the +,p, and w no problem. How do I get the (-) symbol to appear on the phone display?
