Change IMEI for 7250 ?

I have here a 7250.
I need to learn how to change IMEI only for educational purpose.
This is blocked and will not be resold.

Is there a tutorial on how to change the IMEI for this phone including what equipment is needed or Can anybody guide me to do this?

first off you need to change the uem chip. this is a exceptionley difficult job unless you know what you'r doing.

also it's highley illegal.

I have look over few forum and they have mention about changing the UEM and IMEI.
If i am not mistake, we can change imei without changing UEM. the step we need to do is:
Use griffin to create a file XXXXXXX.ASK from reading the target phone. Then ask someone expert to calculate it generate an output file XXXXXX.RPL.
After then upload the XXXXXX.RPL to the phone about and the whole thing info about hardware and IMEI is change.

But here, i would like to know the method to calculate XXXXXXX.ASK into output file XXXXXX.RPL.

Anyone knows in this, I appreciate their help if they can share the knowlegde here.
