6200 Flash to Browse // was at&t now Cingular

i have a Nokia 6200 it was used on AT&T Mlife, i want to use it with my present carrier "Cingular" it works fine all but the internet,and im being told i cant use the internet because i need to flash my phone to get the AT&T settings out, i already reset the phone in order to get it to work in the first place, and it works fine i just cant do email or browse the web?? i hope my carrier "cingular" is just lying to try and sell another phone instead of getting mine to work? any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated
