What does this mean on the unlock code generator page?

That's all kinds of vague. Exactly what are you trying to say?

And, thanks for the service. I was able to unlock my 3595 using the second yellow code on the bottom of the list.

using more than two wrong codes will not kill your phone..if you enter more than 5 you will not be able to use codes anymore, but it will also not kill your phone..
