SmartCard Communication

How can i acquire information from a smartcard interfaced with my pc via a serial port com1 connection.
The smartcard is a "gold goldwafer card" which contains a "PIC 16F84A" and "EEPROM 24C16".
The reader That im using is a smartmouse/phoenix.

i have successfully interfaced it with my pc, im using icprog program to see the contents of the card...and to programe the card i.e. send the the .hex and the .bin.

But what i need, is a procedure in which i can..( write a program to get informtaion or check values inside the card like an account of money(simple digits, and a temp varialble etc) or somthing) ...please give me any information...i realy need informaiton on this please help me.

Hi,

You can use the XSIm to see all files in the SIM... all info.

But the account isn´t in the SIM... is the data base of the operator...

thing is that im not looking for a program to aquire the data...cause i already have that...what im intersted in is to how...to aquire the data with a program that i will write in assembly i.e. pic ...i just need a giude line of how to get a info form the smartcard when it is inserted in the card reader (smartmouse/phionex) reader/writer thats what i have to communicate with my goldwafer smartcard. i think the image below will be a help to what im trying to say.
