    IMEI equivalent from ESN

I'm trying to use a keygen program for Oxygen Phone Manager for my 6560. The program requires a 15 digit IMEI number, but the 6560 only has the standard 11 digit ESN. Anyone know what Keygen is looking for -- is it the ESN with added '0's and the appropriate check digit? If so, what's the sequence, and how it the checkdigit calculated?
