Nokia 6310i Delivery Reports

Had a generic 6310i which supported delivery reports and text message typing was limited to only 160 characters.

When i got my Orange branded one it doesnt support delivery reports and has the double text message thing which i hate! People think ur using a 3330 or something!

Anyone any ideas how i can change this with an mbus cable and what software i need to use?

use my gnokii2 and this switch --nokiasetphonemenus

or if that doesnt fix it, use logomanager latest ver and hold CTRL-ALT-S and activate sim profile override

worked for me.

btw the concetanated messages appeared in sw v4.80 and cant be changed as far as i know
