7210 speaker got really quiet

I took my phone apart to clean it, I used q-tips and dipped them in alcohol like I usually do. When I got it back together the volume was very quiet(ie during conversations) even if it's turned all the way up. The ringer and speakerphone work fine but from what I can gather they are on a separate speaker.

Any ideas how I could have damaged it and what I can do to fix it!? Thanks a lot!

Well I blew on it thinking there might be some liquid still in there and now the phone won't power on at all, great! The warranty has expired, is there any way I can get this thing fixed? I went out and picked up a 6200 to get me by but I love my old 7210.
