Nokia 8310 Help?? (switching on)

Can someone offer me a bit of advice or experience

I have a Nokia 8310 that will charge the battery qhwn thw charger is plugged ina nd shows indication

However this phone will not turn on when the power button is pushed in. I know what you are going to say that it needs a new power button.

But this has been tried and with the new power button the same result exists. I doubt whether there can be 2 faulty power switches....

any help would be much appreciated

try flashing the phone it should help
