lost arabic MMC password

Is there a way to know the password of the MMC if it was writing in Arabic, the file mmcsotre shows the Arabic password as (…….) in both FExplorer and windows, I try to convert the hex value of the dots with no success, I horizontally mirror the converted value with no success, but I'm sure that the password in Arabic, any one can help, formatting the MMC can help, but I need to know the password, and any one had this problem with Unicode languages like Arabic?

i think the mmc solution is only to fix corrupted mmc, you can try using it, it would do no harm, you can also format your mmc using a card reader, remember to format it using FAT16
