1100(RH-18) high frequency noises are producing the speaker

hi,
i have a 1100(RH-1v4.25. When keypress or make a call high frequency noises are producing the speaker. Already changed speaker and checked with Hands Free same problem. this phone's call(out going) taking other phone that phone also produce the same high frequency noices. Ringtones and vibrator working. resetted to factory settings the problem still remaining.
pls help me find out the solution

under the pins of the software's cable on the right there is a double resistance, try to change it, else reflow the UEM
