    Haha!
the Driver wasnt' drunk, it was the brakes and her inexperience in driving the car.
The brakes locked and the car swivved left, then right, then left into the pole.

and yes, i agree tho that if you drive, u shouldn't drink

nah, nothing to do with lady drivers (haha, in most cases)

i find that she isn't very "happy" with her driving (shes not very confident)
    so ya.
whats funny is, i kinda "watched" the accident happen, i ducked down behind her (i was sitting in the back) so that i'd have the seats as protection.
but i'm happy its all ok, cause i'd have died if anything happened in her.

    anyways.

Seems like she had to swerve a couple of times before she hit the post, I'd of got it first time. I never missed the bus i hit it first time, mind you I had a 2m run up.

    Unhappy

Well, actually, she swerved left, right and then left into the pole.

apparently, they (insurance) are writing the car off, they are paying the father R50 000 for the car.

I dont think the car was in that much "bad shape" to be considered a right off but anyways...

I take it the R is for Rand, that explains everythingyou South Africans are some of the craziest drivers I have ever seen, mind you compared to Mozambique you guys are world class.

    Hey Mate,

Well said, at the end of the day a car is just a piece of metal and can be replaced. Someone special you cannot.
As long as all of you were ok that is the important thing.
