Problem with Samsung E600 and E700 Ringtones

I have a Samsung E700 and i use the program offered with the official site of samsung ( Easy Studio ) to upload ringtones.When i try to use the infrared to connect the mobile with my computer it gives the messege "connection closed" and the mobile displays "not allowed" but i tried other E700 mobiles some of them works ok. but the others show the same problem.I think its an option but i can't get it.The same problem happens with E600 and V200 and there is no problem when i use the cable.I can't find a suitable cable for E600.

Any Ideas!!!?

I may be completely wrong, which does happen quite often, but I assumed that the v200 cable would work on the e600 ??

Is that not right ?
