Can anybody tell me what's better to copy files from or to pc, bluetooth or infrared? I'm asking because i don't know if the diference pays the price, ie, bluetooth is much more expensive. Is it realy the best??

Well IR or BT transfer cost nothing the only cost is for the transmitter/reciever for your PC.
The better one is of course BT because
1. doesn't not need direct line of sight
2. alot faster in transferring data
