    Hi!

    Try this:
    Without SIM card:
    **00012*00000000# enter this 10 times until phone sais "BLOCKED"
    than...**00032*00000000# again 10 times...phone sais "BLOCKED"
    Thats it..good luck../not tested by me BTW/
