twister flasher

hay does anyone have a twister flasher by sarassoft?

im looking for a file that comes with it..or should come with it:

24601_lck.sld

its located here: \Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\ProgData

can some one attach it? or just post a snipit of it. Im told you can use it to relock to networks but i just wantted to know if when you open it, if it opens in computer giberish or plain text...you know so you can find and replace all the MCC+MNC codes simply..
