6610 GPRS Setting Problem

Hello
How is everybody there, i have a problem, is there anybody who can help.
i have nokia 6610 unlocked from t-mobile but unfortunatilly i can't access GPRS setting menu because it was not present there, Due to locked to
t-mobile it is already locked its GPRS setting to T-mobile, now i am using some other mobile phone service and i want to setup the GPRS setting to that new service provider, can anybody help me so that GPRS setting menu visible to phone. thanx in advance.
