*.3gp video on motorola mpx200

hi,
just wanna know is there any way to play *.3gp video files on my
mpx200 using windows smartphone 2002 without converting it to *.wmv......
i have lots of *.3gp files which i can play on nokia 6600 but they
don't play on mpx200...
i've tried betaplayer too...
i dont want to convert these files... they should play straight away..

one more thing.. is there any way to "close" open programs on mpx200
without using task manager...
i have to repeatedly use task manager just to close windows media
player....
