I've got an 1100 that has had 5 incorrect codes entered into it.
How do I go about unlocking it? Do I need an cable/software?
Cheers

The best bet for u now is to unlock the phone using either twister or UFS3. I personally use twister and have done several such phones. IN case u have to unlock only one phone, then its best to get it unlocked with someone who's doing unlocking of phones as the above mentioned boxes can be over 250$ US. Check the rates on the net before u buy. Good luck!

I've got an FBUS cable, can I do it with that??
A cable would do for a DCT3 phone, but not for a DCT4. Nokia 1100 are DCT4 phones.
You need a box to do that, which is rather expensive for just one phone. Try to search for a small repair shop, they will flash the phone for a small charge. It doesn't make sense to buy an equipment wich is more expensive than the phone itself.
Best regards
