3310 no power and when i put battery it become hot

can any one help me how to repair my 3310 when i put the battery it has no power when i switch on and battery becomes hot and i cant hold the battery it becuase it became hotter how can i repair this phone

do you have the charger connected to the phone when your battery gets hot?
If not don't try it or you will damage your battery...

if battery becomes hot without charger supply then it's an hardware malfunction, try to open the phone and check if the battery contacts aren't in short-circuit to ground...
