T191 - no outgoing calls

hi,

I have a motorola T191 cellular phone. I am able to send and receive sms and receive calls, but i cannot make any outgoing calls. I have cancelled call divert, call cost limit and call barring.
If i put the same sim in any other phone it works; and any other sim in my phone gives me same message - Failed whenever i try to make an outgoing call.
i have tried restore function also , but the same thing happens. There is no option for "line in use " in my phone.
Please send me the code for factory master reset or anything else that i should do.
The motorola service centre here is half a day's journey and i cannot afford that.
Kindly help at your earliest.

hi,

you have to reset eeprom, you can use kima version 4.5 or 7.7 software or any similar software. and push reset EE. pronto!!!

thanks guys ..here's wht i had to do: go to the authorised dealer and he (i think) reset the eprom for me. nothing else worked , even removing the battery from the phone. actually i may have pressed some codes and that must have altered the os.
