2300 Flashing Problem, with ufs-3!

Hello Friends!
When i power on the 2300, it's screen is blank, thus, i tried to flash with ufs-3, but on the erase flash step, i got this error::

Here U are latest fia..put them in same folder where UFS exe is stored..
